HONORARY AWARDS NOMINATION FORM
One or more of the honorary awards may presented annually to individuals or families nominated for consideration and then selected by the Board for recognition. To be eligible for consideration, the nominee(s) will have made a contribution of significance to the advancement of the goals and objectives of the Region as a whole during the preceding year. Other than being focused on Regional rather than club-based contributions, there are no specific guidelines for nomination.
